Prior to NAI he spent seven years at Gartner Group in a number of senior leadership roles in IT Management Consulting and Client Services. He is an ITIL v2 Master, ITIL v3 Expert and a Certified ISO 20000 Consultant. He has over 28 years of IT industry and 18 years of IT Service Management and Consulting experience. He is a member of the US Chapter of itSMF leadership and EXIN Quality initiative in US.
Ron Raumer – Mr. Raumer is Principal and founder of Raumer & Associates. He is an IT Strategy Management Consultant who has assisted in the development of more than 20 high-impact IT strategic plans for organizations. Prior to R&A he spent several years at Deloitte & Touche, KPMG and contacting to The Gartner Group. His IT strategy clients have ranged from emerging companies to global corporations and include government institutions and not-for-profits. He has practiced and consulted in more than twenty countries throughout America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. He recently authored “Strategic Technology Planning” chapter of the book “ERP Systems and Beyond”.
